By creating an account or using Forge (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business you add. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law, uploading unlawful or infringing content, attempting to breach security or access other users’ data, reverse engineering the Service, or using it to send unsolicited or deceptive communications.

Use of Forge does not create an attorney–client, fiduciary, accountant–client, or advisory relationship. Legal templates and generated documents are starting points only and are not reviewed by a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. Financial figures, budgets, and metrics are estimates based on the data you provide.

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it in order to operate the Service, including sending it to third-party AI and data providers. You are responsible for having the rights to any data you upload, and for complying with privacy laws regarding contacts you import.

The Service integrates third-party providers for AI, mapping, news, web data, and email delivery. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or accuracy.

You are solely responsible for the content of campaigns you send and for compliance with anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where applicable), including obtaining consent and honoring unsubscribe requests.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, tax penalties, regulatory fines, or business losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its AI-generated output. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forge and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your data, your communications, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
